On Tuesday afternoon, 17th September, our school organized a wonderful activity---English corner for the first time. All the English teachers and hundreds of students took part in it. The best of all, nine foreign students from the International College in CUMT were also invited to our big event. This activity gave our students a very good chance to speak English and they all had a wonderful time talking with the foreigners. They said they learned a lot and it helped them improve their spoken English. Some of the students even asked for the foreigners’ QQ numbers and e-mail addresses so that they could contact with them often. It was a big hit. Both the students and the foreigners are looking forward to the English Corner activity next time.
